Take advantage of the old world elegance of an espresso machine to make all your favorite cappuccinos and lattes! The La Pavoni Europiccola Espresso Machine was originally introduced in 1968, the Europiccola is the best selling lever espresso machine in the world! Hand-made with the best materials, this is an iconic work of art. La Pavoni's Europiccola espresso machine features a chrome base and is triple plated for elegance and longevity.

With the large capacity boiler, you can make 8 espresso cups of two ounces each with 20 ounces of water. It takes about six minutes for the boiler to heat. A pressure controller controls the boiler temperature so that it can be controlled quickly and accurately.

Boiler pressure is maintained between .7 bar and 1 bar by cycling on and off consistently. One switch controls the entire system. When the switch is turned on, the boiler will begin to heat. A green temperature ready light is visible under the power switch while the machine is heating. The stainless steel food safe heating element is designed to resist corrosion and ensure long-lasting performance. You can see the water level of the boiler from the sight glass on the left. If you're a fan of frothing, the Europiccola comes with a three hole commercial style steam wand. The Europiccola is always ready to go, unlike most home machines that require you to wait between steaming and brewing.

Operation is simple, when the lever is lifted, a piston inside the group is raised, allowing water to be infused into the filter holder. By lowering the lever, the piston forces the water into the cup through the coffee. Enjoy a cup of unbeatable espresso! On the side of the machine is a water level site gauge. The machine can brew eight two ounce cups.

If the boiler overheats, a thermal fuse will shut it off. This fuse shuts the boiler off at 225F and is easily reset. An emergency safety valve is located on the right side of the boiler. This valve opens in case of excessive pressure in the boiler. The boiler should always be turned off when not in use. Because these machines have been tested in the factory, you may notice some moisture, water marks, fingerprints, or tooling marks.
